We have secured conference lodging right on UBC's beautiful campus so you can be close to the action for a low cost.

If the site says "No Results", the site may be down for upgrades. You can call 1 (604) 822-1000 or email reservations@housing.ubc.ca until it's working again.

There are two tabs - Suites and Pacific Spirit Hostel, and a full refund is possible up to 72 hours before your check-in time. We recommend booking soon as options may be more limited closer to the conference start.

Travel

If you are traveling from outside of Canada, a visa or other paperwork may be required. Please see this page to determine what is required to enter Canada. If you need a visa invitation letter, please email conference@sfconservancy.org

Public Transit

From the Vancouver International Airport, you can take the Canada Line Light Rail and connect to any westward bus line to reach the campus. There's a more detailed list of buses from other parts of Vancouver on the UBC website Transit Tips.

The city has a great resource for mapping your journey and finding the best options if you are not staying on campus.
